I was going through my reader yesterday and I still have over 100 posts to read… so I guess I’m not quite caught up yet… you guys/girls write too much! I mean, I didn’t check it for 3 days and I had over 200 posts to read! Craziness! Anyway… I was going through my reader when I saw that one of the blogs I follow was having a giveaway. I read it to see what it was about and when I got to the entry terms I was a little surprised. One of her mandatory terms was that you had to be a follower of her blog. All I could think was – I guess that’s one way to grow your follower base. There’s no right or wrong way, but I would want to see that my followers are following me because they like what they’re reading, not just because they have to follow if they want to win things. That’s just my opinion.
We went to the Science and Industry Museum over the weekend and they have a Harry Potter exhibit going on. It was cute to see all of the little kids running around in their Hogwarts robes.
I love when it’s Noah’s nap time! Now if he would just start sleeping through the night again! We were doing so good until he learned how to pull himself up… it seems that at that time, everything he knew about self soothing went out the door. At least it’s gotten better at bed time… he has stopped standing back up and screaming … baby steps… baby steps.
We are going to see Huey Lewis play this weekend!! Oh it’s So Hip to be Square!! He’s playing at Rib Fest in a town close to where both Ray and I grew up. I’m really looking forward to it. It will be Noah’s first concert… I’m crossing my fingers that all goes well! I think I need to pull out my best of album now!!

I just got back from the dentist… just a cleaning this time thank goodness! He told me that my gums are bleeding a little in back by my molars… but that may because I’m still healing back there. I felt like saying…hmmm, you see that I still have exposed roots on both sides… isn’t it obvious? But I didn’t. I’m so happy I’m done with that for the next 6 months!
I bought a Genius Graphic Tablet a few weeks ago off of Amazon (thanks to a gift card- i love gc’s!!) and I love it! It makes editing pictures and creating new buttons and backgrounds so much easier than just working with a mouse!
Ok enough for now… must get the boy dressed for the day and finish yesterdays laundry.
