Now that I have that song stuck in my head I thought that I might pass it on to you… did it work?
It is a beautiful sunny day, though a little on the chilly side, but I’m not complaining… it is November after all!! Heck, 46* will feel like summer weather in February!! I wanted to take advantage of this beautiful day by taking some product photos, but realized within minutes that it’s a little too windy for that. I did manage to take a closeup of one of the tutu’s I made last week…
For the past week, we’ve been fighting whatever cold has been going around the Midwest. The kids were the first to get it and then I caught the bug over the weekend. Thankfully there were no fevers involved… just runny noses, coughs and sore throats… and in my case a voice gone missing at times…. which I think Ray may have liked a little more than he should have!! 😉 I’m happy to say that the kids are feeling better… Abby is even smiling again and back to her spunky little self!!
I really don’t like to see that little smile go missing!!!
Abby has been doing well with the bed transition. Noah is still sleeping on the mattress on the floor next to her bed (he insists on it!) and if anyone causes trouble, it’s usually him. He likes to crawl up and give her hugs and kisses right as she’s falling asleep. It’s aggravating at times, but sooooo cute too!! They both have been sleeping better at night since taking off the side of her crib, which makes me more than happy.
I’ve still sewing along… I’m working on a few beta patterns that I hope to be able to show off soon. I’ve also decided that I will open up the etsy shop and that will hopefully be happening within the next day or two. **YAY!!** I’ve got so much else that I would like to share… about home, the shop and some other works in progress {there’s a little hint to this one on my Facebook page}, but I smell a diaper that needs tending to so I guess the rest will just have to wait. =)
Congratulations again! And glad to hear you all are feeling better, my girls are currently passing around their 2nd cold of the season, blah!
