April showers bring spring flowers… though I really can’t say that we’ve gotten much rain this April and I’m very happy about that, because it meant that we were able to go out and play! I don’t have the greenest thumb when it comes to indoor flowering plants, so I’m glad that I don’t need one for the bulbs I planted outside…
While Noah was busy smelling the flowers, I was busy trying to get used to our DSLR… and afterward Photoshop.

Here you on the bulbs – just finished planting a bunch that should bloom in the summer.

I love these photos! Such beautiful flowers. I have a confession to make. I’ve never planted bulbs. I’m afraid I’d just kill them. lol
Thanks so much for stopping by and linking up your WW posts every week. I wanted to let you know that I’m starting my very first blog carnival/meme next week titled “OH NO HE DIDN’T!” TUESDAY. It’s going to be so much fun. Stop by and see what it’s all about when you get a chance. I’d love for you to join in on the fun! Have a great day Michie.

The nice thing about bulbs is that there isn’t too much that you can do wrong with them. I think the worst that could happen would be that some animal digs them up and eats them… but I may be wrong. For me it’s always just been dig the holes in late October/November, put the bulbs in, cover them up and wait til spring. Easy!!
I’ll have to stop by on Tuesday and check out your carnival!
beautiful pics! my daughter has been loving picking flowers and putting them in vases!! then she asks me to smell them all day long.
