It has been a little crazy here these past few weeks. Since the beginning of September we’ve driven to Door County Wisconsin for a rained out Labor Day weekend vacation, Noah started preschool, I decided to start Noby Designs and then started sewing up a storm in order to get some bags ready for the Warrens Cranberry Festival, we drove up to the Cranberry Festival and last but definitely not least, Ray, the kids and I celebrated a very low-key and relaxing birthday (my 34th) yesterday.
Today is the day that I try to get everything back in order… I sort of slacked off a little in the house keeping department these past two weeks… and try to find a new routine to our daily life. In a weird sort of way, I feel like I don’t know where to start… a large part of my brain is shouting “LAUNDRY!!!” to that statement though, so I think that might be a good place. 😉 My to do list is a mile long and there is so much that I would like to accomplish this week… including finishing the bags I have started (that didn’t make it to the festival) and launching the online shop, finishing the basement debug and de-cobweb mission that I started 2 weeks ago so that I can move my sewing “studio” downstairs, painting the trim on the 3 walls that I painted (6 weeks ago) on our first floor so that I can finally remove the tape from the floor and walls, getting the house back in order so that I can start decorating for Halloween and I would love to be able to spend some time with my RSS reader! I am sooooo behind, there are posts in there from September 11th, so I will take the time now to apologize if I haven’t stopped by lately… it’s not that I didn’t want to, believe me I have! I just haven’t spent much time in the online world lately and am hoping that that too will change. =)
There is so much that I have to write about… so many photos to post (I just uploaded a months worth from my camera to the laptop), but since I am a little limited on time right now, I will leave you with this one…
Abby had her first dentist appointment last Friday!! She was very eager to get up into the chair, but was one screaming little drama queen about 30 seconds after this picture was taken!! She did well though once I sat down in the chair with her and put her in my lap. It was also the first day of pigtails for her and I love them!!!
Hope you all are having a great day and I will be back with more very, very soon!!! =)
Wow! That made me tired just reading it! Congrats on your new crafting/selling venture. Sounds like fun!
I kn
iPhone got a little happy.
What I meant was…. I know just how you feel! Life has been so crazy. My online time (even with my mobility) is limited. Just hang in there and enjoy those babies! Her pig tails are adorable! 🙂
