It was hot last weekend… not as hot as it was at the beginning of this week, but it was still hot. We took the kiddie pool out for the first time this summer and though it is small, both kids fit into it and had fun splashing around and getting each other wet.
Abby had been in the pool once or twice last year, but she was so young that she wasn’t able to do much more than sit around and wiggle her toes in the water. This year was a little different…
At first things started out tame… Abby sat while Noah, an old pool pro by now, dumped water…
and showed daddy their toys…
and then the fun began. First Noah dumped water on Abby…
and then on himself, because Abby wasn’t getting him quite wet enough.
That quite wasn’t as fun as pouring the water over his sister, so that’s what he did…
over and over again…
and sometimes she even helped him pour the water. =)
Both had a very fun time and both were very wet. The water was cold, but neither one let that bother them.

She was so cute in it! Kept sticking her belly out and lifting the ruffle to find her belly button! Hahah
